Capuchin Community Services: Thanksgiving Food Baskets
Capuchin Community Services provides central city families in need with food baskets that contain all the fixings for a holiday meal, complete with a turkey so they are able to prepare a festive meal in their home for their families. Each year they provide food boxes to 1,000 senior households for Thanksgiving and 1,000 family households at Christmas. Qualifying guests are served at their two sites, the House of Peace and St. Ben’s Community Meal. To learn more please go to: www.capuchincommunityservices.org
