The Lumen Christi Human Concerns’ Small Grant Committee acts on behalf of the parish community by making financial grants available to organizations outside the parish who minister to those in need of material and spiritual assistance, with priority given to Catholic organizations that demonstrate how they are living out the works of mercy. By sharing the parish’s resources with the local and global community, we seek to carry out the parish vision of, “one family sharing the love and light of Christ” in service to the community.
The Lumen Christi Human Concerns’ Works of Mercy Grant Committee recently met to discuss the spring Works of Mercy grant applications. The committee acts on behalf of the parish community by making financial grants available to organizations outside the parish, who minister to those in need of material and spiritual assistance with a priority given to Catholic organizations. By sharing the parish’s resources within our community, we seek to carry out the parish vision of, “one family sharing the love and light of Christ’.
