Catholic Formation RegistrationWe are again using Realm Connect (parish database system) as the platform to register for Catholic Formation. As a registered parish member, your information is already in our database.
How to register:- When logged into Realm Connect, click on Events in the left column.
- This year we have separated registration for Child Ministry (4K-5th grade) and Youth Ministry (6th - 11th grade). Click on the desired registration and begin to register your children (or use the button below).
- Before you submit: you can decide if you will pay today in full or partial payment (min $50) OR pay ‘in person’ with cash or check. Payments online cannot be combined if registering in both CM & YM; however you may send in one payment with a check or cash. If you wish to pay online, and your family qualifies for the maximum out of pocket, please email Megan Schulz, to apply the discount.

Class TimesGrades K4-5
Sundays from 10 - 11 AM with occasional family sessions from 10 - 11:30 AM.
Grades 6-11
Sundays from 6 - 7:30 PM approximately twice per month.

Troubleshooting Log-In
- If your email address is not working to log in, try using a different email which your realm/connect account may be linked to. You can also email Megan Schulz or Meaghan Turner to find out which email address is associated.
- If you do not have a Realm/Connect account, and are a registered parish member please reach out to Megan Schulz or Meaghan Turner to get an invitation code to set up an account and register.

Notes Regarding Payment
- We welcome checks! Credit cards are always accepted, but if you are able, we would appreciate saving the credit card fees. Thank you for your consideration.
- Payments online cannot be combined if registering in both CM & YM; however you may send in one payment with a check or cash. If you wish to pay online, and your family qualifies for the maximum out of pocket, please email Megan Schulz to apply the discount.
- For alternate payment requests, please contact Stacy Larrea, our tuition manager, for a confidential arrangement. No child will be denied formation. We are one family sharing the love and light of Christ.

Tips for Registration
- Please use a computer, not a cell phone.
- "Apply this answer to all registrants" is an option for many of the questions which will autofill for each child.
- As you register, you can decide if you will pay today in full, partial, or pay 'in person' via check.
- Catechists can reach out to Megan Schulz or Meaghan Turner for a catechist promo code which will give a $250 discount (1 child free tuition)
- If you are unable to move onto NEXT - REVIEW, you are missing a required response to one of
- When you complete your registration, you can review/edit your responses and download the welcome packet with details and calendars for the year.
