2025-2026 Catholic Formation Registration

Registration for Catholic Formation Closes August 30
We are using our parish database system as the new platform to register for Catholic Formation. After this initial year, we anticipate it to be a quick one step process with all forms and payment in the same place. As a registered parish member, your information is already in our database. We just need you to take the initial step of creating an account and then complete the registration, all which should take 5-10 minutes. Below are the details, we thank you for your patience and welcome you to reach out with any questions. 

*STEP 1: Create an account using the personalized link sent to you August 28, 2025 from Lumen Christi Catholic Church [email protected] (see below for more information on this email). This takes less than 5 minutes. NOTE: If you have previously created a login with RealmConnect,  you can skip this step and login directly using your email address.

STEP 2:  If logged into RealmConnect, click on Events in the left column and click on Catholic Formation Registration 2025-2026 and begin to register your children! OR use this registration link. Before you submit: you can decide if you will pay today in full or partial payment (min $50) OR pay ‘in person’ with cash or check.

TIPS for registration:

1. Please use a computer, not a cell phone

2. ‘apply this answer to all registrants' is an option for many of the questions which will autofill for each child.

3. As you register, you can decide if you will pay today in full, partial, or pay 'in person' via check.

4. Catechists can reach out to Karen or Meaghan for a catechist promo code which will give a $250 discount (1 child free tuition)

5. If you are unable to move onto NEXT - REVIEW, you are missing a required response to one of your children’s registration.

6. When you complete your registration, you can review/edit your responses and download the welcome packet with details and calendars for the year.
