Put your faith into action while visiting one of Lumen Christi’s international Twinning Partners, The Center for Working Families, in Quito, Ecuador. Following Christ has no borders, so join us as we experience and participate in the work of the Holy Spirit abroad!
About the Trip
We will step into the daily life of the mission for The Center for Working Families. We will meet families in their homes, learn about and participate in the local service areas like the food program, workshops, and school. We will work side-by-side with a family on a minga (home improvement project), share local food and everyday Ecuadorian culture, and have the opportunity to visit sites like the equator, historic city center, and local markets.
